Who We Are
About Halliday Homes
Halliday Homes brings 25 years of craftsmanship to every project, from ground-up luxury builds to historic restorations that honor a home’s original character. We take on a select number of projects each year, giving each one the attention it deserves.
Every project starts with a conversation. Every home reflects your vision and our craft, built to last for generations.
OUR APPROACH
Craftsmanship built on experience
In-house design and build
Our team manages every phase under one roof, from initial concept through final walkthrough. That means fewer handoffs, tighter communication, and a build that stays true to the original vision.
Historic restoration expertise
Restoring a 100 year old home takes a different skill set than building new. We know how to work within a home’s existing structure and character, solving the problems other builders won’t take on.
Luxury custom home building
From ground-up new construction to high-end additions, we design and build homes tailored to how you live, with the same craftsmanship and attention to detail as our restoration work.
“We worked with architects for years, but we never felt that exhilarating ‘yes! This is what we want’ moment. That all changed when we hired Brandon and his team. WOW is an understatement! They took our basic plan and transformed it into our dream home.”
