Old house renovation starts with understanding what is behind the walls. We assess framing, foundations, wiring, plumbing, and original materials before plans are finalized, so the scope is realistic from day one. Working with your architect or our in-house design team, we plan every phase of the renovation and stay involved through final walkthrough.
